Position: Business Analyst
Compensation: $55 – 65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!
Join a forward-thinking team in the HR space, driving automation improvements. This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about Agile practices and eager to make an impact. The role is open to replace a Scrum Master, focusing on confidence and assertiveness. Enjoy a hybrid work model with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups and sprint meetings
- Identify and eliminate obstacles for smooth workflow
- Guide team in Agile practices and principles
- Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders
- Track team progress and manage timelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Jira
- Experience in Agile project management
- Effective communication with leadership and stakeholders
- Assertive and capable of taking ownership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in HR automation projects
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments
