Position: International Tax Manager
Compensation: $ 170,000 – 175,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled International Tax Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the international tax accounting function for a well-established company. You will work remotely with occasional office meetings, reporting to the Senior Manager of Income Tax. This role is open due to the company’s continuous international growth and recent acquisition. Join a dynamic team and contribute to process improvement and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Calculate international portion of US income tax provision
- Analyze tax reserves and monitor tax environments
- Collaborate with compliance manager for IRS form integration
- Reconcile foreign payables and tax account roll-forwards
- Review intercompany charges and ensure transactions are settled
- Conduct research on international tax laws
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess company impact
- Support tax modeling and planning
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA with Big 4 Accounting experience
- Over five years’ experience in international tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of ASC740, GAAP, and tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a multinational corporation
- Understanding of income sourcing and foreign tax credits
- Desire to learn new software and automation processes
