Position: Accountant

Compensation: $25 – $26/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in accounts payable processing and coding invoices
• Support weekly check runs and invoice filing
• Contribute to accounts receivable processes
• Prepare journal entries and AR reconciliations
• Apply invoices to receivables
• Multitask and pivot in a high-volume environment
• Utilize MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Southware software
• Previous accounting experience in similar roles
