Position: Voice and Data Network Engineer
Compensation: $98,000 – $139,000 annually
Location: Westminster, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Voice and Data Network Engineer to join their team!

This opportunity arises as the team is being restructured to tackle exciting new projects. You will play a critical role in shaping the future infrastructure, ensuring robust and efficient network operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead routing and switching operations
- Oversee campus, data center, and optical networks
- Collaborate on infrastructure rebuilding projects
- Participate in on-call rotation every 2-3 weeks
- Travel for project needs, up to 1-2 days per month
- Implement change management practices
- Ensure network security and compliance
- Provide proactive solutions to network challenges
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8+ years in networking (routing and switching)
- Strong Cisco or Arista experience
- Proficient in ITSM and change management
- Hands-on experience with wireless networks
- Experience in network architecture
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring
- Understanding of DNS and InfoBlocks
- Experience with SCADA systems
- Knowledge of network security standards
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
