Position: Support Line Supervisor
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and train Help Desk team for excellent technical support
- Monitor call and ticket SLAs, ensuring productivity
- Create SOPs for team processes and conduct performance reviews
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Conduct regular ticket audits for quality assurance
- Track key metrics and generate reports for management
- Identify recurring problems for root cause analysis
- Develop training materials and update procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of three years in helpdesk or support work
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Technical knowledge in telecom and service desk applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading IT Customer Support or Help Desk
- Analytics skills for telecom and service desk applications
