Position: Senior Director of Operations

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Director of Operations to join their team!

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This is your chance to drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability. As the Senior Director of Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting business growth, operational scalability, and continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to be second in command for an entire plant, working closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales/Account Management. Step into a hands-on role that provides strategic direction and ensures strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead daily operations in serial/mass production manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies
• Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve output targets
• Improve organizational effectiveness by developing scalable processes
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations leadership team
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and scalability
• Maintain project timelines and delegate responsibilities effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in high-volume or serial/mass production environments
• Proven ability to drive operational results through structured execution
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industrial products
• Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in metal fabrication environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues
• Ability to lead change in fast-paced environments
