Position: AR Specialist
Compensation: $ 50,000 – $52,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage daily billing and collections activities
- Send emails for collections, minimal phone calls required
- Assist with accounts payable as needed
- Learn and adapt to new billing systems
- Handle confidential financial data with integrity
- Support payroll processes and learn government contracting nuances
- Utilize basic Excel and MS Office skills
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in billing and collections
- Experience with Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in accounts payable
- Background in payroll processing
