Position: Mobile Device Technician
Compensation: $27 – $30 /hour, depending on experience
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Mobile Device Technician to join their team!
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for mobile devices? This opportunity is perfect for someone with extensive experience supporting iPhones, iPads, Androids, and more. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and troubleshoot mobile devices including iPhones and Androids
- Provide technical assistance to end-users
- Maintain and update mobile device inventory
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Ensure devices are configured to company standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience with mobile device support
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of mobile device management software
