Position: Senior Software Developer
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas (opportunity for remote or hybrid in the Kansas City Metro)
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a rapidly growing technology company. They are expanding their development team to support the growth of their innovative platform that automates compliance for card programs. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing this platform, working closely with a dynamic team of developers and engineers. This role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software components
- Lead technical design and code reviews for enhancements
- Understand and direct technical specifications and product requirements
- Enforce coding best practices across the team
- Create, maintain, and execute unit tests
- Document internal architecture of the system
- Propose product design features for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with technical architects to establish best practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in software development and design
- Experience building cloud-based SaaS applications
- Strong technical skills in architectural patterns
- Experience with Agile Software development techniques
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Databricks, React, and C#
- Exposure to mentorship and leadership roles
- Experience with modern micro-service applications
