Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Compensation: $56,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
- Capture required data and maintain invoice error queues
- Input invoices in the ERP system for approval and posting
- Manage AP reporting and respond to inquiries professionally
- Prepare ad hoc reports for management as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with large accounting software (e.g., Sage, BlackLine)
- Experience in enterprise-level companies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in construction industry
