Position: Business Development Representative
Compensation: $60,000 base $80,000 OTE
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Development Representative to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where your presence, communication skills, and confidence are your greatest assets. This inside sales position focuses on prospecting mid-size companies across utilities and infrastructure sectors. With a clear growth path from BDR to Account Executive, this opportunity offers a chance to excel in a collaborative environment. Join a team dedicated to making complex, hidden infrastructure visible and actionable.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prospect into mid-size companies in utilities and infrastructure
- Engage with VP-level decision makers confidently
- Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn for outreach
- Source leads and run outbound sequences
- Book meetings and set high-quality follow-up calls
- Conduct 80–120 activities per day
- Achieve success metric of 6 meetings per month
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to connect with people naturally
- Comfortable engaging VP-level decision makers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
