Position: Support Technician

Compensation: $52,000 – $54,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Manage electronic service requests and inquiries
• Assist customers with mobile banking on iPhones and Androids
• Process customer payments efficiently
• Collaborate with team to improve service processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues with banking apps

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Proficiency with iPhones and Android devices
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in processing customer payments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background as a bank teller or help desk professional
• Knowledge of electronic banking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
