Position: Financial Analyst
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and review SEC reports: 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and footnotes
- Conduct monthly internal reporting and dashboard creation
- Support month-end close processes and management schedules
- Ensure accuracy in tie-outs, reconciliations, and documentation
- Drive process improvements and data analysis
- Utilize Excel for pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of SEC reporting experience
- CPA certification is a bonus
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in Big 4 accounting firms
- Experience with Power BI for reporting
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, SAP, Active Disclosure, Hyperion/HFM
