Position: Contracts Associate
Compensation: $24 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Del City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contracts Associate to join their team!

Our client is seeking a Contracts Associate to support the administration of contracts, subcontracts, and pricing with a focus on service-oriented agreements. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage contract lifecycle and documentation
- Develop and review contract-related materials
- Assist in accounts receivable collections
- Process vendor invoices and documentation
- Maintain metrics on contract activities
- Support monthly invoicing for Government and Commercial Customers
- Reconcile accounts efficiently
- Support pricing tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of contracts/invoicing/accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Government contracts, including GSA schedules
- Experience with web-based applications like Wide Area Workflow
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable/Invoicing processes
