Position: Sr. Test Engineer
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Test Engineer to join their team!

As a Sr. Test Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and coding software tests for state-of-the-art circuit boards. This role is a fantastic opportunity to mentor junior engineers, lead complex projects, and contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense solutions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage all aspects of complex projects
- Conduct design reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Define design guidelines and test equipment
- Adhere to general requirements of team members
- Handle hazardous waste management
- Develop software tests for circuit boards
- Perform other assignments as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE
- 6+ years of experience
- Proficiency in ICT/Flying Probe/Boundary scan technologies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Technical writing and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ISO environments
- Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
