Position: Workday Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $60/hour
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-visibility role within a public company environment. As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Workday tickets and requests, building and maintaining reports with a focus on finance reporting, and supporting monthly audits.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage day-to-day Workday tickets and requests
- Build and maintain finance-focused reports
- Support monthly audits, especially during the first week
- Assist with Workday security tasks
- Create and manage admin vs. employee accounts
- Support segregation of duties initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues independently before escalating
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Solid Workday Analyst experience
- Strong reporting experience
- Exposure to HCM modules
- Experience with security modules
- Proactive and self-starter mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Finance reporting exposure
- Prism experience
- Willingness to learn new modules
