Position: Commercial Loan Assistant
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join their team!
This exciting opportunity is based at the Memorial location, where you will support one of the bank’s largest and most dynamic commercial lenders. The role is open to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lending process by bringing in an experienced professional. If you’re ready to dive into the fast-paced world of commercial lending, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support commercial lenders with large book of business
- Balance settlement statements accurately
- Read and interpret credit memos
- Assist in structuring loan documents
- Analyze LTV and LTC ratios for risk assessment
- Coordinate with various departments for loan processing
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial lending assistant experience
- Proficiency in handling large books of business
- Strong understanding of LTV and LTC ratios
- Experience with loan document structuring
- Ability to read and interpret credit memos
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in commercial real estate financing
- Knowledge of local credit union operations
- Familiarity with settlement statement balancing
