Position: AP Accountant

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Accountant to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team where everyone pitches in, including leadership. You'll be working in a lively environment where advanced Excel skills and ERP experience will set you apart. Enjoy a four and a half day workweek with Fridays ending at noon!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and monitor invoices
• Conduct weekly check runs
• Coordinate with field AP staff
• Ensure all invoices are covered
• Collaborate in a team environment
• Utilize advanced Excel skills
• Participate in revenue day activities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, v-lookups
• Experience in Accounts Payable position
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Thursday

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Quorum ERP
• Prior experience in a rapid growth environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
