Position: Senior Applications Specialist
Compensation: $80 – $92 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan and maintain AEC applications for internal clients
- Deploy and support AEC applications as required by business demand
- Lead administration and develop automation routines
- Coordinate between IT disciplines and Global Practices
- Build effective relationships with existing and new clients
- Troubleshoot critical issues and escalate unresolved problems
- Develop application test plans and record outcomes
- Analyze reoccurring issues and recommend preventative actions
- Create system architecture diagrams for critical systems
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering or related field
- 8 years professional experience in design application programs
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to independently set and meet multiple deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with other engineering and design software suites
- Knowledge of operational efficiencies in project execution
- Experience in creating seamless integration and improving data management
