Position: Applications Specialist
Compensation: $40 – $55/hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Applications Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as an Applications Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in resolving internal customer issues with design-related programs. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a high-volume environment, providing solutions and enhancing productivity across various business units. If you’re passionate about IT and have a knack for communication, this role is your gateway to making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer calls, emails, and chat sessions from internal clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve design application issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist in improving internal IT processes
- Communicate progress and resolve customer problems
- Research and document product defects
- Deploy specialized applications for business units
- Participate in product BETA programs
- Manage AEC product licenses
- Provide peer training and presentations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering, or related field
- 4 years of experience working with Design Technology platforms
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with dev teams
- Time management skills
- Experience in smaller firms with diverse roles
