Position: Manager Multi Media Production
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager Multi Media Production to join their team!
This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead and elevate a team of video professionals. As the Manager of Multimedia Production, you will oversee a team of three video associates, driving high-quality content creation and strategic storytelling. This position has arisen due to the need for strong leadership to enhance the team’s performance. The company is looking for someone who can bring creative direction and strategic oversight to their multimedia projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Directly manage and develop a team of 3 video associates
- Prioritize and oversee video projects from concept to completion
- Provide strategic guidance and creative direction
- Ensure high standards of video production quality
- Facilitate script writing and story development
- Lead pre-production planning and shoot setups
- Oversee production and provide feedback on edits
- Engage in creative problem-solving and stakeholder management
- Travel for shoots and field storytelling as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in video production management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to provide strategic and creative guidance
- Experience in script writing and story development
- Proficiency in pre-production and production processes
- Capability to edit and provide feedback on video content
- Experience with After Effects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Graphics and animation skills
- Agency experience
- Experience in internal and external marketing video production
