Position: Senior Commercial Lender

Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage large secured or asset-based credit loans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives
• Conduct financial analysis and periodic reviews
• Provide tailored financial recommendations and solutions
• Maintain compliance with regulations and banking procedures
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally
• Participate in civic and public relations activities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of lending experience
• Proven ability to develop and manage banking relationships
• Completion of Commercial Lending School within 24 months
• Completion of CFB4 training within 6 months

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Commercial Lending School or Omega Cash Flow analysis courses
• Experience with international banking and large-scale real estate transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
