Position: Senior Principal Salesforce Engineer
Compensation: $100 – $150 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Arlington, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Principal Salesforce Engineer to join their team!

As a Senior Principal Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront, shaping the future of the platform and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead technical architecture and engineering practices for Salesforce platform
- Reimagine and rebuild Employee customer experience in Dealer Originations
- Influence platform execution strategy with business and technology leaders
- Promote product and technology improvements for enhanced performance
- Act as an ambassador for the organization in the tech community
- Mentor team members on advanced technical issues
- Drive cross-team solutions and anticipate potential problems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and related integrations
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including APIs and events
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- 12 years minimum experience in related functions
- 5-7 years experience in mentorship and thought leadership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Relevant certifications or licenses
- Experience in business acumen and understanding business implications
- Knowledge of performance, scalability, and enterprise system architecture
