Position: Senior Category Manager
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Category Manager to join their team!
This role is an exciting opportunity within Direct Procurement, focusing on towing supplier management. The company specializes in structural and cosmetic repairs, outsourcing mechanical and non-structural services. As a Senior Category Manager, you will oversee supplier strategy and management within the towing and third-party repair space, contributing to the expansion of this newer function within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain supplier pipelines
- Implement supplier consolidation initiatives
- Execute category strategy fundamentals
- Enhance supplier relationships
- Support expansion of procurement function
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong procurement knowledge and process-driven approach
- Deep understanding of sourcing processes
- Effective negotiation and communication with suppliers
- Documentation-focused and process-oriented
- Solid procurement fundamentals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in supplier strategy and management
- Understanding of towing and third-party repair space
- Comfortable with expanding procurement functions
