Position: AP Specialist
Compensation: $20 – 28 /hour
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where your expertise in Accounts Payable will shine? Our client is seeking an AP Specialist to fill an urgent need due to a recent departure. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to the forefront, especially if you are proficient with D365 or Microsoft Dynamics. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process invoices and payments efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with finance team for seamless operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in D365 or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
