Position: Technical Product Owner
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with company strategy
- Own and maintain the technical product backlog
- Prioritize backlog items for balanced development
- Ensure backlog visibility and understanding among team members
- Work closely with engineering teams during sprints
- Serve as primary contact for requirement clarification
- Partner with architects for design validation
- Support DevOps and cloud optimization initiatives
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in product ownership or software engineering
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in healthcare or financial services
- Familiarity with .NET and SQL Server
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
