Position: Senior CNC Programmer
Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC toolpaths
- Interpret engineering drawings for custom programming
- Collaborate with teams on high-volume, diverse projects
- Utilize Mastercam for advanced multi-axis programming
- Manage workflow, tooling, and inventory efficiently
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in 4- and 5-axis CNC programming
- Proven Mastercam programming experience
- Strong understanding of G-code fundamentals
- Experience with tooling and machining methods
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Rhino3D
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with additive manufacturing
- Knowledge of large-scale 3D printing
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
