Position: Controller
Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!
Are you ready to lead financial operations for a dynamic company? This is your chance to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple brands. You'll work closely with senior leadership, driving financial accuracy and integrity while managing a high-performing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
- Ensure consistent application of accounting policies
- Analyze financial results for executive leadership
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions
- Coordinate tax compliance efforts
- Support cash management and treasury activities
- Design and maintain strong internal controls
- Manage the Acumatica ERP system
- Mentor and develop finance staff
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance
- Hands-on ERP experience, Acumatica preferred
- Experience in multi-entity environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in high-growth organizations
- Manufacturing background preferred
- Process improvement experience
- Strong analytical skills

- Interview process includes 3 rounds, both onsite and virtual
- Travel once every quarter to visit other controllers (required)
