Position: Lead Workday Application Administrator
Compensation: $100 – $120 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lee’s Summit, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lead Workday Application Administrator to join their team!
Join a thriving community just southeast of Kansas City, where you will lead a team focused on Workday application support. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping to streamline processes and train the team on critical modules like Payroll and Reporting within HCM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee ticketing system and identify trends
- Provide training to admins and analysts
- Escalation point for app admin/analysts
- Manage and optimize the ERP system
- Analyze and support networked software systems
- Plan, design, and deploy enterprise information systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of Workday support experience
- Experience with HCM, Reporting, Integration, and Payroll modules
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years’ experience with enterprise applications
- 2 years’ ERP technical support experience
- Experience with Workday integrations
- Workday vendor management experience
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
