Position: Site Civil PE
Compensation: $80,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil PE to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee full lifecycle of land development projects
- Ensure technical excellence in grading and drainage design
- Act as strategic partner to Principal Engineer
- Lead client meetings and navigate public hearings
- Provide mentorship to EITs and Junior Designers
- Coordinate complex permitting efforts
- Identify new project opportunities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 7–12+ years in civil site development
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in project management or leadership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with stormwater modeling software
- Deep technical knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics
- Understanding of local entitlement and permitting landscape
