Position: Site Civil PE
Compensation: $80,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)
Location: Rogers, Arkansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Site Civil PE to join their team!
Join a dynamic and growing team in Northwest Arkansas! As a Site Civil PE, you'll lead exciting land development projects and mentor a talented group of EITs and designers. This is a unique opportunity to drive business development and potentially advance to a Principal-level role in one of the company's fastest-growing regions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the NWA office
- Manage staff workloads and project scheduling
- Mentor EITs and junior designers
- Lead client relationships and industry events
- Act as Engineer of Record for diverse projects
- Assist in proposal preparation and budgeting
- Maintain high standards for site design
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active PE license in Arkansas
- 10–15+ years in Civil Site Development
- 5+ years in leadership or project management
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of NWA drainage criteria
- Knowledge of zoning ordinances
- Local regulatory landscape expertise
