Position: SAP Finance Manager
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SAP Finance Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Direct and manage production support and project delivery
- Build and manage staffing plans across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Ensure solutions are fully tested with documented results
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Support governance and PMO processes
- Recommend SAP best practices to key business users
- Provide input on system design and user training
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, finance, or related field
- 3+ years in an SAP lead or supervisory role preferred
- 8+ years in SAP production support environment preferred
- Experience with SAP FI/CO module and integration points
- Multiple full FI-CO life-cycle implementations
- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Management
- Strong knowledge of controlling functions including Product Costing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with security roles and authorization objects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to navigate politics of major efforts
- Experience with SAP SD, MM, and PP modules
