Position: OCM Training Development Coordinator – WalkMe Builder
Compensation: $85 – $90 /hour
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled OCM Training Development Coordinator – WalkMe Builder to join their team!
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization on a short-term 3-month contract. The role involves designing and implementing in-app guidance and digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe DAP platform to enhance user productivity and support change initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders, offering a chance to make a significant impact on user experience and adoption.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and build in-app guidance using WalkMe
- Collaborate with change management and IT teams
- Test and optimize WalkMe content across environments
- Monitor usage and improve content effectiveness
- Translate complex processes into simple user guidance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms
- Understanding of user workflows and UX best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5+ years in change management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with SAP S/4
- WalkMe Builder certification
