Position: Active Directory Architect
Compensation: $75 – $85/hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Active Directory Architect to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as an Active Directory Architect, where you'll be instrumental in setting up and architecting the Active Directory environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to transition from a cloud-based setup to a hybrid environment. You'll be the sole architect on this project, ensuring the environment is clean, backed up, and ready for recovery. While this position may not extend or lead to a permanent role, it provides a chance to work closely with a focused team in a challenging and rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Architect and setup Active Directory environment
- Transition from cloud-based to hybrid environment
- Ensure clean up, backup, and recovery setups
- Collaborate with a small, focused team
- Work onsite four days a week, one day remote
- Focus solely on the Active Directory project
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Expertise in Active Directory architecture
- Experience with Entra and cloud environments
- Proven track record in hybrid setups
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in backup and recovery processes
- Knowledge of cloud-to-hybrid transitions
- Familiarity with downtown Houston area
