Position: Billing Coordinator
Compensation: $ 65,000 – 80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Billing Coordinator to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be at the heart of legal billing operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with top-tier attorneys in a high-energy environment. The role is open due to company growth and seeks a proactive individual who thrives in teamwork and can handle high-pressure situations with ease.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and review invoices in customized formats
- Perform override calculations and changes based on requirements
- Monitor aging of unbilled fees and costs
- Coordinate billing and collection efforts with attorneys
- Support preparation and reporting against client budgets
- Prepare various reports and ensure billing/payment accuracy
- Confer with clients regarding billing inquiries
- Gather and prepare billing and rate information
- Ensure work accuracy and conformity to guidelines
- Handle special and ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3E legal billing experience
- Experience in legal collections
- Strong team environment skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in corporate roles with legal billing background
