Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: $30 – $38 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in a company undergoing exciting re-organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support multiple groups, focusing on entry-level hiring needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong professional polish and talent acquisition experience. The role is flexible, with an ideal start in Q2, but earlier for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support multiple groups with talent acquisition needs
- Focus on entry-level and support hiring
- Collaborate with team members to streamline hiring processes
- Engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong professional polish and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a corporate or large organization setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
