Position: Member Services Coordinator
Compensation: $24 – $26 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team that supports professional membership and MLS subscribers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a knack for navigating multiple systems. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Act as primary contact for members via phone and email
- Maintain accurate member and subscriber records
- Support onboarding and compliance queries
- Process payments in Association Management System
- Use reporting tools for member services and tracking
- Utilize Zendesk and Microsoft Office for requests and documentation
- Collaborate with executive and administrative teams
- Provide backup support during peak periods
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with multiple software systems
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Zendesk
- Technical aptitude for new tools
- Experience in a professional office environment
