Position: Project Manager
Compensation: $45 – 55/hour, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE — Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!
This is a contract opportunity within a dynamic Marketing Technology group, focusing on digital transformation and retail media initiatives. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver impactful software solutions. This is an exciting chance to manage impactful projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing the latest MarTech tools and methodologies. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives that directly support business growth and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage software development projects from initiation to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams on customer-facing and marketing systems projects
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Facilitate requirements gathering and document project requirements
- Analyze and document process and system interfaces
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify risks
- Report weekly on project statuses, timelines, and risks
- Create and manage rollout, cutover, and rollback plans
- Maintain thorough documentation on completed work
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Science, MIS, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or business analyst
- MUST HAVE experience with MarTech tools
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office/O365, SharePoint, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Visio
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience in retail or marketing technology environments
- Experience with CRMs, analytics, or automation platforms
- Vendor management and third-party solution analysis
