Position: Application Administrator
Compensation: $25 – $26 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as an Application Administrator in a leading organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work onsite and enhance your skills in user management, system maintenance, and technical support. Step into a role where you will be the go-to expert for application-specific issues, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provision and de-provision user accounts efficiently
- Manage permissions and set up security groups
- Perform routine updates, patches, and backups
- Act as “Level 2” support for application-specific bugs
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Open support tickets with vendors for high-level issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in user management and system maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills for application-specific issues
- Proficient in maintaining technical documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with vendor liaison and support ticket management
- Background in IT or application administration
