Position: Project Controller
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor and control project budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
- Develop ROI models for plant CAPEX projects
- Track and report on Construction in Progress (CIP)
- Collaborate with project managers for financial alignment
- Track and report on KPIs and project milestones
- Support development of project proposals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Assist in audits related to project financials
- Identify and escalate financial risks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in project controlling or financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial systems like Made to Manage or SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in publicly traded company or SOX compliance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile)
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional work experience
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
