Position: Quality Engineer
Compensation: $91,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Engineer to join their team!
Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in heat exchangers and customized solutions for extreme conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a comprehensive quality control team and drive quality management initiatives. Be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in quality engineering will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement quality standards and methods for inspection
- Conduct internal and external audits of Quality Management System
- Collaborate with continuous improvement team to ensure quality during efficiency gains
- Manage root cause analysis program including 8D, 5-why, fishbone
- Develop Process Flow Maps and PFMEA for process evaluation
- Establish program for testing equipment accuracy and performance
- Compile and conduct training sessions on quality control activities
- Work closely with Supplier Quality Engineer
- Update visual work instructions and quality inspection checklists
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in Quality Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with ISO9001 documentation
- Strong computer literacy for process documentation
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification
- Hands-on approach to problem solving
- Experience with high-value customer communication
