Position: Enrollment Processor
Compensation: $18 – $19 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team!
Are you ready to take on a long-term contract role through December 2026? Join a dynamic team where you’ll maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on customer interaction and data management.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and update customer database records
- Generate and distribute customer correspondence
- Create and manage customer eligibility information
- Review and process enrollment information
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Meet quality and production benchmarks
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with multitasking ability
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two years in an administrative role in healthcare preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups
