Position: Quality Process Engineer
Compensation: $72,000 – $80,000 annually
Location: Taylorsville, North Carolina
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Process Engineer to join their team!
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing quality programs, processes, and product inspections. Working within established guidelines, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on quality standards and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to collaborate with multiple departments and develop lasting relationships while contributing to product development and quality data management.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement quality programs for materials and finished goods
- Monitor and suggest improvements to quality tests and methods
- Collaborate with production, vendors, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and analyze quality reports for internal and external purposes
- Organize and conduct experiments for product development
- Collect, store, and maintain process and quality data
- Train employees on new processes and procedures
- Continuously improve the RGA system
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of expereince (experience in stretch film or a packaging engineering role preferred)
- Advanced negotiation skills for collaboration
- Proven ability to work with multiple departments
- Demonstrated project management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with quality test methods and equipment
- Knowledge of manufacturing process optimization
- Familiarity with quality data systems
