Position: I&E Supervisor

Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled I&E Supervisor to join their team!

This role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee field instrumentation and electrical operations within the Delaware Basin. The company is expanding, and this new position is essential for supporting asset growth and preventive maintenance initiatives. This is a dynamic leadership role that involves both supervision and field presence, ensuring safe and compliant operations. The company values leadership experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and balanced automation and electrical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide leadership for the I&E team in equipment maintenance
• Lead daily meetings and schedule activities
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain documentation and process purchase orders
• Assist in design and procurement of system components
• Coordinate maintenance duties for regulatory compliance
• Promote a safe work environment
• Develop the team through coaching and training
• Analyze and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years in instrumentation, control, and electrical systems
• 5+ years of supervision experience
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with VFDs, RTUs, and PLCs
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of electrical principles
• Must live within 65-mile radius of Pecos TX

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Technical degree or license
• Experience in Modbus and switches
• Knowledge of PID loop tuning
• Experience with power distribution systems

• Operates in a field environment with varying conditions
• Full-time position with M-F schedule, 8-hour shifts
• Available for call outs, emergencies, or shutdowns
