Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Compensation: $30 – $32 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to managing client accounts within the Wealth Management Services group. The position is open to support expanding operations and ensure seamless account management.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Open and close client accounts efficiently
- Manage cash receipt and disbursement processes
- Process income, expenses, and monitor fees
- Coordinate documentation with business teams and vendors
- Resolve Trust account processing issues
- Provide backup support within the business group
- Identify solutions for exception processing
- Communicate effectively in writing and speaking
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the security industry
- Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Trust account management
- Familiarity with financial documentation processes
