Position: Assistant Controller
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Wichita, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead monthly financial close processes
- Prepare financial statements for operating locations
- Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately
- Analyze and report financial variances
- Present a rolling three-month financial forecast
- Conduct rate analysis and provide insights
- Communicate financial information with operational teams
- Manage accounting data flow between facilities
- Support SOX compliance and internal reviews
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Public accounting experience
- CPA or other professional certifications
