Position: Senior SEC Reporting Accountant
Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior SEC Reporting Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you can leverage your accounting expertise in a role that offers a great work/life balance. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal transfer, and it’s perfect for someone with a couple of years in public accounting, eager to transition into a more balanced role. With a competitive salary and a 9% annual bonus, this hybrid position allows you to work onsite Monday through Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday. This is your chance to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to financial reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial activities for compliance
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and reports
- Develop and maintain finance programs
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial ratios
- Assist in preparing governmental and regulatory reports
- Maintain documentation for business continuity
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years in public accounting or 3-5 years in industry accounting
- Experience with financial accounting and reporting standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, train, and coach team members
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
- Experience with economic forecasting and corporate budget functions
- Supervisory skills
- Experience with customer billing processes
