Position: Fabrication Engineering Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

As a Fabrication Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the design and development of mechanical components using SolidWorks, optimizing production efficiency, and enhancing workflow. This role offers a unique opportunity to support manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy and maximizing material usage. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead mechanical design using SolidWorks
- Create and review detailed drawings for fabrication
- Optimize material utilization and production throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth production transition
- Maintain systems for fabrication drawings and CNC programs
- Drive continuous improvement in design standards
- Provide technical leadership for production troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for quality and safety
- Monitor workflow to support on-time delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience with CNC machinery and nesting operations
- Strong mechanical engineering background
- Knowledge of fabrication design standards
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in optimizing production efficiency
- Familiarity with manufacturing capabilities
- Understanding of material usage strategies
