Position: Recruiter
Compensation: $52,000 – $58,240 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to expanding their workforce in the HVAC and manufacturing industry. The company is experiencing significant growth, and this role is crucial in building a strong pipeline of skilled employees. The position is primarily on-site, offering a chance to work closely with the team and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Recruit and hire for hourly positions
- Advertise job openings to maximize applicant pool
- Communicate promptly with applicants about application status
- Conduct phone/video interviews and reference checks
- Attend job fairs and school visits to source talent
- Promote employee referral programs
- Coordinate training and maintain training matrix
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Related degree or equivalent experience desired
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of employment law
- Organizational and leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Project management skills
