Position: Branch Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Branch Manager to join their team!

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the Tulsa location, ensuring consistent execution and profitability. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to strengthen the company's reputation while building a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead branch operations to ensure efficiency and execution
- Develop team members to perform at high levels
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers
- Manage branch performance against sales and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and results
- Engage with corporate leadership to align branch objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in operations or related management roles
- Proficiency with ERP systems required
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role
- Ability to meet physical job requirements, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of HVAC or mechanical equipment environments
- Experience with Acumatica ERP system
- Proven experience scaling businesses across multiple models
- Curious and growth-minded with interest in industry trends

Other Information:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
